Mount Mercy University’s diversity studies minor will equip you with knowledge, 技能, and perspectives essential to civic participation, 职业发展, and promoting a just and equitable society.
Our diversity studies minor is interdisciplinary and flexible by design. The program intersects with several different academic disciplines and complements many of MMU’s majors, including criminal justice, 护理, 英语, 社会工作, 和更多的.

By the end of the program, students will:
- Understand the focus and mechanisms of discrimination and oppression
